    Well done you have a basic knowledge of sarcasm. been all over the forums. and not just this one. Not helped hence the post. I have noticed that the majority of post from google linked threads and the like were from 2004 ish, ah well will have to work it myself then.

    Hi all did any one ever find way to resolve the "The file usbechi.sys is corrupted " during the intall process ? i have read the web and tried everything i have found. to start the pc is a HP dc7800 sff brand new, taken the cd and tried with nlite. it verified all files. still same problem check hardware ( its not the issue) tried renaming the file nope any thought :
