Dear all, i have a question about formating the partition befor it starts instaling , I put [Data] AutoPartition=1 MsDosInitiated="0" UnattendedInstall="Yes" [Unattended] UnattendMode=FullUnattended OemSkipEula=Yes OemPreinstall=Yes TargetPath=\WINDOWS Repartition=No what i want is that whenever it finds a partition to install it should formats it first and then starts the instalation ...IS ther such way ????? Hi [bM]Crusher thx for the help .. they are both enabled (manual) , but this is not the problem now i can make a new modem internet connection with no problems , but the problem is when I get connected to the internet I cannt surf the net means any site i tried to open i get ( this page cannt be displayed) and i f I try to ping the server i get a MSG ( transmit failed , error code 65) .. how can i solve this probs of mine pllssssssssssssssssssssss hellllppppppp thx Yazan

Hi thx for the reply... the modem has been installed correctlly and there is no problem in Hardware Manager ,and i never fingered the services , the telephony is started automaticlly.... i dont know how it gotting solved and i dont remmeber how i did it .. but the new problem is i could make a new internet connection and i also could establish a connection but when i open any site i get a msg says the page cannt be displayed .. and if i go to cmd and try to ping the server i get a msn ( pinging failed error code 65) and i checked the code , if you \have a firewalls installed you get this error but i didnt install any programs yet its only windows itself .. .. what should i do to solve this problem of mine pls...thxxxx yazan

Hi friends , hope you are all doing well, this time i'm facing a problem with making a new connection , I have installed windows xp Unattendedlly and it installed with no probs and now i tried to make an internet connection but i cannt get the option which i choose modem for the connection>>>and i reinstalled the windows again and again .. the the probs still there how can i solve this pls helpppp... this explains: Yazan

Hi friends , hope you are all fine and doing well ... I have made another Unattended installation CD and this time i'm facing a new problem . thats is when it boots from the cd and the first thing it does , start copying files right and on top it says ((( Please Wait While Setup Copies Files To The Windows Installations Folders. This Might Take Several Minutes to Complate.)))) and lots of files cannt be copied and i had to press ESC to complate the installation>> who can help me here .. and is there any way that i can verifiy the files on the cd that they all can be copied and they all work??? Hi ppl , hope you are all fine and doing well.. I have a problem and i tried to seach first for a similar problem here but i didnt find any or i didnt know how to search , the problem is when the Unattended Windows Installing starts , everything goes well but when it restarts for the first time i get to this window which says who is gonna use this computer add names .. and if i dont add anything it says it cannt be , you have to add at least one name .. But I have added the name in the winnt.sif and i want to have one user only beside the administator.. and the 2nd thing is it asks me for the registartion as well and i have to cliclk next then it looks for internet and if there is not internet I have to click skip .. and then it goes on for the installation of the hotfixes and the apps... so how can i make it not to ask me anything .. ( It doesnt ask me anything but this) thank you all Yazan

Hi all ,, this time I have a diffirent problem which is i have windows 2000 pro and i installed the outlook and the explorer 6 << and i tried to import all my mails from another eoutlook ( on the another partation , and th OS is XP ) and i could nt do that so i tried to do it by myself and i went and copied the mails files and pasted them in the outlook's folder in win 2000 . after that i cannt start the outlook in win 2000... any help how can i delete the outlook and reinstall it ?? and how can i import the mails from that outlook???? thank you Yazan this msg i get when i run outlook:- http://www.ftws.net/inteeer/free/outlook.jpg

Hi all.. i have a small tiny miny peoblem wich is , after installing the sp2 for windows XP , the windows stoped working . in other words when I switch on the computer and choose the windows XP from the OS menu ( Thank GOD i have another OS in the computer wich is windows 2000))). it starts and I can see the windows logo and the bar in the bottom, then the computer restats itself>>>> pls help me what should i do to start the windows>>>>> Yazan

Hi to Alanoll , JPamplin , [bM]Crusher and all ,, I did it and it wors wow... now I have a question which is : in my CMD file it starts installing some programs , somtimes I dont want to install for example WinRAR or Acrobat Reader, so is there any scripts which allows me to choose what to install and what not to install.. in another words , I want it to ask me do you want to install Acrobat if yes Click Y and if No then click N.. and if I click N it doesnt install it and it goes to the next installation program...and if i click Y it does install it..... how to do this???? I tried it the autorun.inf and it went fine , BUT the problem now is in the CMD file i think i scrowed it up and now even my mind stoped working ,, so pls i request you ppl to tell me what should i type in the CMD ( how can i configer the CD-Rom) you know that the CD-Rom is different from pc to pc .. soo how can i do that ???
