i am about to upgrade my old p3 1ghz for a new P4 , went to a pc shop and the sales dude told me that i can OC a P4 1.8ghz (S478) on a asus p4b533 (S478) without playing with the Vcore and wont overheat. Also told me the mobo support DDR 33mhz but on asus website show DDR 266 support only. what do you guys think of this?

what is the difference with the xp x86 and xp itanuim i have a corp edition of winXP

each time i login it take so much time to be able to do something. i see the icon in system tray load and its taking forever , i have in my systray nav2003, speaker icon and used to have stylexp icon but i disable it in msconfig>startup. Is there any trcik to make xp load faster?

Is it normal i can only choose ntfs with a corp edition of winXP? its giving me ntfs quick and ntfs format only.

if i install the corp copy can i install the sp1 from the net or need to get the modified sp1, the thing is pro version come from the net and the corp come form a guy and he say it from the computer guy from his office. let say i install the corp copy and turn out it a to be a copy from the net and i try to install the sp1 unmodified will i have problem? from what i read i cant install sp1 even if i have a legit copy of xp corp?

i know this question have been asked so many time but i cant use pc without it crashing so i cant search for old post , should i install NTFS or FAT32 on a home pc, I mainly play games and web browsing on the pc. Thank You
