    hi all, wonder if someone could help me out (new to this, sorta getting my head around it all). ive made my new windows vista iso with all sorts of components removed, and then i xcopy the iso file to a usb flash drive. BUT - i cant boot from the usb hdd, i get a msg saying 'no boot manager found'. im sure its an easy one, any help would be appreciated. thanks
