Bleeding

Okays, here it is.

Hiya! I got this problem just a while ago. I made a CD for XP with nLite and tested it in VMWare virtual machine, and it worked well. Then I booted my "real" PC with the same CD. It boots (asks to press any key to boot from CD) and flashes the text about inspecting my pc. That text disappears in a second and then it's just black screen. The HDD light on the case goes on but nothing happens. I thought it just takes a little bit longer to start the installation, but after a 30-minute waiting period, I realized it's something else. What could be the answer?
