Hello everyone I have been looking through the forums to see if there is a remedy to my problem but have found no results. I have XP Home Edition on my laptop and this problem just occured yester day. The first problem started when I rann system restore to a month prior because when I ran programs from either the desktop or the start menu, my screen went blank except for the background, and it slowly refeshed the screen with the task bar, icons, ect. But it would not load the program. Now that i did that each time I try to load a program Windows Installer pops up asking me to insert a disk (Microsoft Money). I cancell out of it three times, then it will run the program. I was hope one of you computer savy people could tell me how to make this stop. Thanks James
