Hi there, we recently have come across a few critical problems that are affecting the work of our computer. When we start up the computer, on the welcome screen, we click our name but it doesnt log us in. In order to log in we have to press tab twice then hit enter. On the main page, i cannot drag items anywhere!!! These problems began to occur after SP2, IE, and i guess AIM were added. What is the matter with the computer??? I am not computer expert, so you may have to help me a bit... Thank You, Telpeath
