I have a customized WinPE that does not use the CMD prompt as the shell. I login to the network, map the network drive I need and kick an install script from a menu item. XP loads properly but drops back to the shell without rebooting the machine. I have tried the MS version of Shutdown.exe, but it does not work. Does anybody know how to force WinPE to reboot or have any other ideas? Roger

I believe If you do a sysprep -reseal you will get the results your looking for.
