    Hi. I have this problem wih my laptop. Many times, when I come to shut down, this window comes up telling me that Property is unable to close. After I click the END NOW button, nothing happens. I try to shut it once more but the same thing happens again. Then I would have to shut it down from the power button. Can you help me please? It's driving em nuts... I have a Windows XP Home edition version 2002 with service pack 2. Thanks.
