Hi, I wondered if anyone could help me with a question. I have a network at the school I work in. It is restricted in all ways you would expect via policies, including preventing access to the C drive for students. Students have access to mapped drives and that's it. Windows Search is also disabled. (i.e. they cannot use the find utility when they have lost something!) My question is, is it possible to enable Windows Search and not have any security implications? I.e. The C drive would still be inaccessible. I am assuming that enabling it, will allow them to search for files only in the drives they have access to? Many thanks, Chris
