    Hi I had same problem in XP with a lot worse icon than one in vista you have. Anyway I solved it File with icon is stored in (XP) c:\WINDOWS\twain_32\QuickCam\lvWIAext.dll I just used Axialis IconWorkshop to replace icon with my own. Look on Pic I posted Dave
