  1. hey...Like i said i am new to the whole Linux..... I have a standard Desk Top with windows XP on it. i wanted to know where i can learn about using these operating systems like Linux on my computer??...remember im like so stupid when it comes to using CMDs ....i need like a introduction to see if it is the right move for me ...i really want to learn how to manage linux or Ms Dos or whatever one i chose to use in place of windows
  2. hello all. I am a a young lad doing a lot of auditing work, and i'm really interested and fascinated about computer. Especially the Linux and Unix stuff......which a lot of our bigger clients use as their operating system or use to store accounting information. I personally haven't had any experience or education besides what i have been reading on the net about CMD's and batch files stuff like that. I have a standard desk top computer at home with windows XP..
