Here's the blue task manager for SP3 RC1 3264. Orignally created by lsdmeasap, AddOn by ricktendo64. All I did was tweak it to work with SP3.
Has been tested with nLite and RVM Integrator. Thanks to PeaNut for testing!

I used Neo's .res file, and Rick's installation method on all the SP3 RC1 3264 kernels. I've only tested in VMWare, but it seems to be working flawlessly.

this worked great! this should totally be pinned!
the only thing i'd add, is that if you do the administrative install point described in the unattended guide, you can put in your key beforehand. but still, so much better than the ugly runonce batch cmd i was using!
and actually using this technique, i was able to fit a trimmed down XP and Office 03 onto one CD!

i think i found an answer: i was using nlite v1.4RC. the newest version of nlite has a bug fix for SFC.
"This one is on time. It has the latest in SFC fixup technologies ™. Hopefully this new SFC fix will be the last, that bug is so annoying as of lately because it was one of the few big ones left."
thats why no matter what we were doing, our krnls were reverting back to the original....i think.
