It seems to be a problem with office word editing then forwarding the email, I managed to get past the error message. In Outlook, goto tools, options, mail format, make sure the two boxes are unticked "use microsoft word to edit" & rich text. This will now let you forward email without the unexpected error - however is not a proper fix. It seems to be the Microsoft Word that's causing a intergration problem with Outlook.
