    hey guys..thanks for replying...I should have rephrased that...I found what I was looking for...It's called pathworks software...It helps our company have a centralised knowledge base. It also has an easy self help guided interface. It also auto updates the knowledge and makes it simple for us to resolve our issues.

    I have installed new programmes on my system and I need some help on how to run them. I would prefer to use to self help guided web based software rather than talking only to an agent. Can anyone suggest a helpdesk software that helps me do it .It should also be simple and easily deployable.
