Outpost 2.1 will (it's on the MS list of programs that can break) - a new version is about to be released which fixes this. I don't think Kaspersky will have problems, I will check later. I don't know about the other applications.

There's a great guide here: GreenMachine's Space When you've made the installer, put it in the i386\Update folder and add it to the svcpack.inf file at the top of the list (i.e. before the hotfixes).
