    Files like word documents, Autocad Drawings. They cannot be opened. The error message displayed is that "Permission is denied"

    I manage a Windows 2000 Server at work. Due to some hardware failure I had to change over to a server running Windows 2003 temporarily till the windows 2000 server could be repaired. After the repair was done. I had to migrate the files back to the Windows 2000 Server. The migration was completed successfully. The problem i am facing is that the files which were created in the windows 2003 server(which are now placed in the windows 2000 server) cannot be opened by the users. Is there a solution for this problem. Regards Vinayak
