You will also get this message if you try to RIS a computer and the computer name is already in Active Directory. Use another name or delete the old account before RIS'ing the new computer. Also, after any changes to both the AD and the RIS image, do not forget to restart the RIS service (Stop\Start Binlsvc from the command line). This will also correct other errors you may be getting.
