This is my first post on the forum and I signed up just to tell you I was having same problem. I fixed by removing all the Files from My Desktop and putting them on C drive I had the XP files on my Desktop and the ISO creating crawled for hours !!!! When I moved them, actually recreated the Copied XP files and the Drivers onto C:\ ...... BOOM !!! I hope this helps
