Hi, I am currently trying to configure the Office Customization Tool to upgrade our users from Office 97 with Outlook 2000 to Office 2007. I have created the MSP file in OCT but when I try to run it on the client machines I receive the following error: The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your cmoputer and that you have the correct upgrade patch. I have checked the options for removing previous versions of Office and tried both leaving them there and upgrading. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
