    It seems like i have the same problem, well except that it permanently stays on that windows splash screen. Its weird because i'll try again a few days later and windows will start normally then it'll go back to "freezing" on the splash screen It starts in safemode. By clean boot do you mean "diagnostic startup? If so i tried that and windows still doesnt load normally
