  1. I'm typically fairly good at figure things out... but this one has me stumped. I'm trying to install XP on my SATA drive in my new laptop and I was convinced I could do it through the BIOS. I changed my drive from SATA to ATA in the BIOS and successfully installed XP. Now.... I would think I need to change this back? When I do, XP can't boot. I've copied all of the drivers into the folder but it still doesn't work. I'm also open to slipping the drivers into my XP disc, but I'm a bit confused as to how to do this. I've opened the XP disc in nLite and selected my tasks, drivers and bootable ISO. The next screen asks me to load the drivers. There are two that download from the dell site: iaahci.inf iastor.inf I load the first one and am asked (under textmode) how I want to integrate it. I have NO CLUE. lol. Can anyone offer assistance? I'll take either solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
