no i have connected pc to pc through additional lan card and internet connection sharing(ics) feature.

I am using tata broadband services for internet where i and my friend share the service with mine as server and his as client. we should be accessing our internet only after 8:00pm till 8:00am. so is ther any software that can disable lan connection or internet connection after 8:00am in the morning automatically and again get reconnected automatically at 8:00pm in the night.
