My scroolbar is not working for a while sometimes on ie7.and after a few minutes it comes back.why it is being? please help me.what can ı do?

after my setup finished and 2 or 3 restarts ı am always have a startup bar problem.Startup bar is locking sometimes.ı am click on it but anything happening.please help me how can ı solve this

ı tried first suggestion but anything was changed.I think the second one is about windows resolution.ı use 1024-768.ıf ı change this only.I want change the setup billboard resolution. Thanx for these help .but my problem is continue

My graphic card is mx 440.I added nvidia latest drivers to nlite.Bat on t34 screen resolution is changing and setup screen not cover my monitör.its a little part showing on the left top corner.How Can ı solve this. Like that ııı's are setup screen.

ı add nr turkish update pack and make some tweak with nlite and add some things into i386 folder ex. shell32.dl_ (edited),logonui.exe ....

after windows installed.I waiting for 3 minutes first usb device.while windows tring introduce usb device on the background serviced exe is working with %90 processor using. please help me!!!
