Hello, Thanks for your reply. I'm still having bother with it. Students would be unable to execute any files from a server. Is it possible then to write a script for all students which I only have to run once ? I should say that we use a master image, so if I could do something on the masterimage which will allow me to force all students to save to desktop? Or put something in the Startup folder to modify the Save Location. I dont have alot of time so any help is much appreciated. Very very grateful thanks again.

Hello everyone, I work in a school environment. Have installed Office 2003 We have a mandatory profile for all students regardless of course/year so on. I would like to set a default save folder for Word, im not bothered about the other office apps. Something like: %Student%\Desktop\Word I'd really appreciate some help with this one guys and girls if anyone has any ideas. Thank you in advance for any replies.
