Did not get either message the only USB device i hooked was a digital camera .

pIII and 847mgz is the way it came from the factory

Just recently my computer has been shutting down in the middle what ever im doing ,iyou can hear the harddrive shutting down then its just like i hit restart and it reboots,i had not added any software or harware i am only using about 20% of my hard drive ,i have 128 megs of ram pIII 847mgz thishas happened several times in the last 10days.Help

In the last few days every time i try to access my email i get a box telling me to sign in and enter my password ,both of these boxes are allready filled in when i try to click ok the box keeps coming back ,eventually i get an error message that says my password is invalid,nothing has changed on my computer that i can remember,i tried to go back to another date in the past but that didnt work either,need some help please.

I am having problems lately closing windows or pages,When i click on the red x it wont close then i get a window saying the program is not responding ,when i click close that particular application it shuts everything down and returns me to the desktop.Help.Compaq computer,128 RAM,40gig harddrive PIII. Since downloading the new service pack i am having problems closing windows within a program, is this the download or another problem?

On several occasions after a normal shutdown ,on restart i get a blue screen with a warning that something has happened in windows and thr following error codes 0X0000007E(0XC0000005,0XFC681PED,0XFC968C84,0XFC96894) can anyone help?

My daughter has a virus on her windows 98 computer ,it is a black and white spiral that prevents you from seeing anything behind it ,she tried norton virus 2002 but cant see the boxes behind the spiral,what can we do ,instructions need to be basic we are novices.

after about 5 minutes my screen savers goes away then black screen
