  1. Bluetooth delphi

    I am currently looking at developing a bluetooth application with delphi. I do not know where to begin and i do not want to spend money on third party components. all i would like to do is broadcast pictures and text to bluetooth devices in the imediate range. Any help will be GREATLEY APPRECIATED! Thank you Werner
