I get this message when I try to load XP PRO and than it reboots on me. I should mention this has happened after reinstalling XP after SP1 messed it up. ANYONE?

Hey guys, I've made the changes to the CD-KEY prior to installing SP1 (i had the FCK... one and changed it) and the installation went fine, but when I rebooted, it was acting weird, showed some error. I tried going back to the last known good config. but it didn't seem to help, so I started up in safe mode and tried going back to a restore point i made prior to installing SP1. it went through the recovery process, but after rebooting it just gave me a black screen (though there was an active mouse cursor on) and when I tried to go back to last known good config. it does the same. still does. I ran the XP installation again and chose the "repair a previous installation" option, but that didn't do alot of good (though halfway through that it finally showed me the notification of completing system restore) since after the installation was done, it kept acting the same. If anyone could advise me on to fix this, i would be beyond grateful. Otherwise, I would have to delete all the XP system and also programs not to mention all the hardware and network settings that took me ages to fine-tune, which means a huge headache and an bigger waste of time. I'm officially beyond desperate... so... ANYONE? Ben.
