    I'm running windows Vista and am looking for a decent VM software to emulate Windows Server 2003. Possibly an alternative to VMware, I've used it in the past and didn't have much luck getting it to work the way I needed it to. What are your opinions? Thanks.

  3. Force programs to use Aero?

    Is it possible to do this? I have a few programs, mostly mIRC, that always revert to the basic vista theme, which looks terrible next to my programs that use Aero without a problem.
