Hi, I am new to this website so I am not so sure how the forums work but here is my problem. I recently lost my ipod so I bought a new one. When I plugged the USB cable into the port, my itunes popped up a message that said I had to download Itunes again so that it would be compatable with my new ipod. I stupidly deleted my itunes and tried to download it again straight from the apple website. In the middle of downloading am essage popped up that read: "enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'itunes.msi' in the box below"...What do I do? I need Itunes!! All of your help is much needed and thank you in advance.
