Hello again.... i tried safe mode but nothing..... I dont know how to use nt registry editor....... My fault was that i have checked "deny access to admins...." in the security settings.... Any other ideas..... I m looking for a solution continuously but...... Regards...

Hello there i was trying to set permissions for my users in GroupPolicy folder,and i made the mistake to deny permissions for administrators.....
