I will create a new image with the new tool... you said there is a chance that I will get SFC popup at the logon.. is the SFC still a bug in the system? can I direct the SFC to a folder on the HDD? or will cancel-yes eliminate the issue permanently?

I have created a universal image for all my computer systems using the nLite 1.3.5 and I have the dreaded SFC error whenever I install most anything. I have also encountered the missing files error during sysprep. if I integrate a CD with nLite 1.4.0 can I repair these issues without having to rebuild my image from scratch?
