The disc I have for Windows XP Pro is an upgrade, it's getting old having to put my nLite disc in, wait for it to boot, then asks me for my previous windows version disc, then I have to take that out and put the nLite disc back in. I'm wondering if there is a way I can copy some files off my Windows 98 onto my nlite disc so that the XP install will think it is also the 98 disc so that I don't have to swap them out during install. I tried putting the whole Windows 98 folder on and it still made me put the original disc in. Is there a signature file or something that it's looking for that I could stick on the nLite disc?
