OS: Vista x86 Home premium Hi dudes, I could not update my Vista with "KB 933928" every time I tried the process failed at about 95% completion. Flagged "Some updates were not installed" and "the following updates were not installed" "Update for windows (KB933928)" What really made this fail ??? I tried standalone update and also online same "fail flagged" Will some one figure this out for me ..please. Thanking you in advance.

Ok............ Back on line................. I choose safe mode and scan ed my machine...tweaked with Tune Up 2007. now working fineTQ

I was on line logged into friendster's site. In a verge of clicking here and there...(within this site) Out of sudden my machine SD. Failed to start, It flagged as follows: Verifying DMI Poll Data............................. Boot from CD : DISKBOOT FAILURE Insert System disc and press enter. Please do help me to solve this problem..step by step instruction please.....am just end user.........not expert or what so ever. mY machine as follows: AMD Sempron 3000+ Biostar GF6100 AM2 motherboard Kingston DDR2 667 1GB RAM Samsung SpinPoint HD080HJ 80GB HDD LG DVDRW (18X) Win Xp Pro Sp 2............genuine Thanking you in advance all for helping me TQs

I had to to set "Vista Auto update to None" (Window Update) Cos lately there are 2 files that microsoft update system had failed. Happened to me more than 4 times. Tho' I had deleted all those files......re download and installed had failed againnnnn........... Files deleted and DL are as follows. From 12th july 2007 tilll (???), I had problem with "Vista Home Premium"'s update There are 2 update that Vista could not finish off...............I tried deleted the log file and downloded files................again hook up on line with MS. Fresh DL those update still same problem. WHY??? now I disabled the auto update. hoping to try later.
