Windows could not parse or process the unattend answer file for pass [specialize]. The settings specified in the answer file cannot be applied. The error was detected while processing settings for component [Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup]. Please give Solution to this... I create an image using vLite.. it install everything nicely and smoothly, but when it completing the installation it gives me this sort of error and it just reboots and uninstalls vista ...
