Hi. In Windows Live Mail, I have tried to delete nearly 4000 feeds. There is no (select all) in the new Live Mail so you have to press Ctrl - A. I then clicked delete, and 2000 feeds still remain. After which a message came up saying that an unknown error has occured. Will I have to delete the remaining feeds one by one or is there another way around this problem. Many thanks.

That link you suggested did the trick. Well done. Once I'd deleted the files from the DRM folder I was able to download from the HMV web site. And I got my music. Kind Regards. Dave.

Thanks for the reply. I've looked at that error message you posted before, and wasn't to keen on the part that said WARNING. I'll get in touch with WM support, and see what they have to say, and then I'll get back in touch, if I get an aswer. Regards. Dave.

Hi all. I've just signed up to HMV.COM to try and download some tracks. I downloaded the digital download manager ok, but when it came down to downloading the music, this error message popped up. ERROR CHECKING MACHINE DRM STATUS - A PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED IN RETRIEVING THE DIGITAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT MACHINE IDENTIFICATION. Anyone know how to fix this, as I can't download anything until it's fixed. Regards. Dave.
