I have been using Outlook for years. Previously I went back to Outlook Express for the ease of use, but when I bought my new computer in February I bought Office 2003 again hoping that I had a good version of Outlook. At least 2 or 3 times a day I receive an e-mail message and then every 5 minutes (default setting for getting new mail) Outlook downloads the same e-mail again and again until I go in and uncheck "save on server". Then after 5 minutes I can go back a check it again and it stops...until the next time. When I installed this Package on the new computer Microsoft Technical support told me it was a corrupted .pst file....so we deleted it and created a new profile......and now we are back to the same thing on 2 different e-mail accounts. I have deleted the accounts and re-botted and then put them back in....no luck. I have looked for other e-mail software but they really are not as good as Outlook. Does anyone have an answer? I really am getting annoyed about unchecking the server box and not being able to access the e-mail on my office if I am at home...or at home or on my Laptop.....very frustrating. Thank you Elliot
