can i use the burning tool which cam with vista to burn bootable iso imag as in nero "burn imag to disc" or its just burn only . so if i want to burn an iso amig of windos can i use it . and if yas plz. how? thank you.

i have no cd rom plz. can i setup xp64 from the hard disk ? and how can i do it? i have acopy from the wndows on my hard disk and i want to install it? can i do it under dos?
