Hi, I am new to the forum and with a Vista Issue. I have downloaded the recent package of CODEC fixes here...but no luck as yet. My issue is using Motorola Phone Tools 4.0. It recently worked (finally) with Vista because of bugging Motorola daily for a link/fix so phone Tools 4.0 would be compatible with Vista. Now it is...but in trying to transfer/save anything to the phone, Vista says unsupported or inappropriate codec. I downloaded the 'Shark' fix...and unzipped the file, opened it....I shut PC down and still have the issue. So I have a codec issue still....any ideas/solutions anyone? Thanks!!!!! Mike
