  1. Hey thanks for the reply. The folders I see are DOC (empty), I386, Printers, and Support. When I run the procedure, it does say the image was reduced by 100MB, which is good, it's just that the resulting .iso is over a GB. I don't necessarily think it's a problem with nLite............. but it's confusing me! I bet it's cuz I have to original .iso in the same directory It stands to reason, that everything in the main folder is used to create the new .iso file. <clears throat> aaa.. move along, nothing to see here. Thanks
  2. Hey guys. I've been using nLite for about a year now and have had no real issues. Today, however, I've taken a streamed W2k3 server CD with SP2 and tried to create a cusomized install. The streamed iso size is 627,848KB. Using nLite 1.3 Final I created a cusomized install removing Languages, Keyboards, and other fluff. When it finished, I an iso size of 1,099,392KB. I've tried this a couple of times, not believing that I'd end up with a much bigger image than when I started. I'm attaching the session .ini files that where created. Any insights? LAST_SESSION.INI
