i have windows xp home im having problems with these software... windows media player 11...when i click on it nothing happens... user accounts...i click on this and it comes up a blank page with those 2 people on it... search function dont work either... i ran a bunch of anti virus software... spyware... avg...and the list goes on and on... not sure what else to do,thanks...
