Hello, Hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I found this site right now and thought I would sign up to see if anyone can possibly help me out? Recently, I got call from my mom saying she was having some computer issues with Windows XP not loading. I cringe but she has a low end E-Machine. I'm buying her a newer computer this week. Anyhow besides it being slow when she turns on the computer the Windows XP logo shows and the bar says loading but thats all it does. I just sits there trying to load. She has never had a problem until now. I tried to many options such as, running a boot disk, going to safe mode, run from the last known windows configuration to disconnecting the hard drive and loading the restore disk and still get nothing. She has a WD 80Gig drive thats I need to access to take her stuff off that she needs for her work and transfer over on the new computer i plan on buying for her. I don't know what else to do. Any ideas? Thank you for your time.
