I have many rules that move incoming email to specific folders. However, I cannot see that I have mail in those folders unless I click on each folder looking to see if there is mail. Is there a way that the folders could expand to show me that I have unread email? Example: Customers ABC Company Ann Davis Bob Smith Unless I expand down to ABC Company I cannot see that I have mail for Bob Smith. My lists are pretty extensive and I have lost "face" with customers because it appears that I don't read their email or respond. I just didn't know that I had email. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
