Another way is downloading this file http://rapidshare.com/files/133842704/unpa...folder.rar.html and unpacking it to vlite folder. It's what's REALLY needed from 1.5 GB WAIK
  2. F*ck it. Use English. It works fine, even Everest started showing me Ukrainian letters ))
  3. No! It's clean installation! I've also tried another I386 distributive. Same problem. And I wasn't saying it is random. It appears always when select "Web View" for removal and disappears always when I do not. Maybe there are some conflicts in my particular config and they do not affect others?

nLite is a great tool without a doubt, however... When I set for removing "Components -> Operating System Options -> Web View" it seems to be a bug(?). Then after installation every time I right click on a *.inf file and then click "Install", an shortcut called "New Connection Wizard" appears in the Start Menu. I must said it took me a while to figure what causes this effect P.S. The same problem I had few months ago, but with another shortcut (Something to do with wireless network) and I never discovered what was causing that one. 4.ini
