  1. if u do this based on ur sp2 cd,replace pidgen.dll with the one in ur original sp2 cd. and koawmfot's method also works.
  2. Create a bat file using the command fdisk,then call Windows installation.
  3. It seems that some of your hardware drivers have not passed the WHQL. Show the details.During which period the window pops up? Or check you winnt.sif file,make sure this line exits "DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore".
  4. That seems Windows installation did not copy the necessary DLL file. Log in your Windows,try to use your Windows install CD to install Windows components,choose the network components you need,and then install them. But I am not sure if it works.
