  1. To me nothing looks wrong, the adobe line can be simplified. IIRC the exe will have a .msi file in it (run it and look in your tempory files). It's easier to run this with the /QB switch. I dunno why, but when running you code and my old RunOnceEx from within windows the title is the only key that will show up in the registry. And I know my file works because I used to use it.
  2. Right well the problem is only when I install the Nforce drivers (v3.13) from the OEmPnPDriversPath. If I install them manually it works fine, however the install reboots without asking. What gives?
  3. After replacing the i386 directory and all the drivers it's all working fine now. Guess one of them was dodgy. Thanks for the input guys
  4. Time to try again, HT doesn't effect me because i'm on amd. My sys: o/c'd 2500XP+ Abit NF7-S 9800 pro So there's nothing unusual about it. I'm just using a basic XP with SP1 slipstreamed, no updates or anything. I'm gonna try recreating my i386 directory, leaving out drivers/programs etc and hope I get some where.
  5. Well OOBD has now been taken out, will try the cd tomorrow. It's late over here I've looked on google and nothing to fix it came up, most people systems where crashing/rebooting hile mine just pauses. It's not a hardware problem either as with a normal install of windows it boots in <1 min
  6. The setup log just has 2 lines about it being installed nothing else. ill try removing OOBE, I take it theres a guide from either gosh or jdeboeck, the got one for everything else . It's really really annoying cos it just sits there for 5 minutes doing nothing
  7. mup.sys was the last line that came on the screen so I assumed it was that. If it's OOBE the question stil remains why. Time to look for anything in my files then...
  8. Ive got my unattended cd all working fine, everything installs perfectly. But whenever windows is loading it sits there for ages (~5mins) when it loads mup.sys. Anyone come across this before? It doesn't happen when I do an normal attended install of windows
