When you pull Outlook back up, do a REINSTALL of Business Contact Manager....I had the exact same issue after I downloaded Spyware Blaster from pctools.com - it wiped out my business contact manager for some reason...I could see the contacts, but couldn't get the detail (linked emails, etc.) This should fix your issue(s).
