  1. I was wondering if someone could help me. It may be a simple fix. I have 2 models of Dell Laptops (D610 and D620) which Sysprep perfectly with 2000 Pro, but on XP SP2 it takes 15+ minutes to go through the Sysprep process. Sysprep is fully automated, only the PC name is required. After you put in the desired PC name, it takes 10 minutes to go to the Adding to Domain step, and 5 minutes after that to actually add it. It does add, but is painfully slow. 2000 breezes through this whole process in less than a minute. All of the drivers are already loaded on the PC as well as in the Drivers folder on the root, I have a feeling it has to do with the built-in Wifi trying to be used to add to the domain or not loading properly. If anyone has any ideas or needs more info, please let me know. I have included my sysprep for XP XP2 below. ============================== ;SetupMgrTag [unattended] OemSkipEula=Yes InstallFilesPath=C:\sysprep\i386 ResetSourcePath=C:\WINDOWS\OPTIONS KeepPageFile=0 OEMPnPDriversPath=Drivers\D620A;Drivers\D620B;Drivers\D620M;Drivers\D620N;Drivers\D620O;Drivers\D620V;Drivers\D620W;Drivers\Intel [GuiUnattended] AdminPassword=password EncryptedAdminPassword=NO OEMSkipRegional=1 AutoLogon=Yes AutoLogonCount=1 OEMDuplicatorstring="Dell Latitude D620" TimeZone=35 OemSkipWelcome=1 [userData] ProductKey=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX FullName="Company" OrgName="Company" ComputerName= [Display] BitsPerPel=32 Xresolution=1280 YResolution=800 Vrefresh=60 [OEM_Ads] Background=whatever.bmp [setupMgr] DistFolder=C:\sysprep\i386 DistShare=windist [identification] JoinDomain=DOMAINNAME DomainAdmin=ADMIN DomainAdminPassword=ADMINPASSWORD [Networking] InstallDefaultComponents=Yes
