  1. I dont think its a language Problem. I use german Xp Corporate and there is no Problem using nLite
  2. @ SolidasRock After choosing the components u want to remove, did u choose "make iso", or did u klick "next" in menue "custom file List" before u choose "make iso"? I ask, because reducing ur files is not a part of "make iso". Its a seperate step, u have to execute choosing "next" ( and after that "start") in "custom file list"
  3. I agree with CBC and MTC, because this was the reason for the mistake i postet before. I just thought "creating an iso" would be the last step (logical it is) and so i did not use the reduce option given at the end. Expecting a great reduction of my Xp Files, i was wondering, that the Image still had 512 MB 1 More Problem is, that there is no hint, that reducing the files is a seperate function. I just thought it is automatically done when creating the iso. I did not expect to find that option under "custom file List". I thought, this is just possibility to choose some extra files beeing removed, the programm does not offer.
  4. UPs, thx MCT, now i found my mistake. I thought its just enough to choose "Make an ISO", after choosing the files i want to remove Ah, by the Way: As i wrote, i use german XP Prof. (Corporate) and i got during the installation (Virtual Pc 2004) the message, that this files are missing: Music.wma music.asx So it is probably not only a bug given using nlite with xp home edition
  5. Hi all, i am using a german Version of Win XP Pro. (Corporate Edition), with Sp 1 (not 1a) integrated). If i try to reduce the size of my Installation Cd with NLite, it doesnt work for me. The NLite Log File shows nothing except the following Line: 28.05.2004 10:06:53 | Making ISO: ISOPathSelectWithButton I really dont know, what i am doing wrong. I read the whole Thread yesterday, but i could not find any help. Anyone here, who can help?
