I checked the box inside and out. The instruction booklet had nothing. The warrenty and help small leaflets were also missing. I travellind 50 miles to another city to find a copy there ,wondering if our city had a funny batch, but shock - horror they were all the same !! No product key and still no idea what to do. One shop even checked the Professional version and that was the same ?? Please send me an e-mail address as I can not do with all this passport rubbish and having been on their web site I can not send a request as the product went back to the shop so I do not have a Product ID or anything ! I do not wish to buy another copy until I know that it will work and how to get it to work. Thanks for responding I appreciate it ! :-) Cheers, Julian.

I purchased a copy of the above and could not find a 25 number/letter product key anywhere in the box or on it. There was nothing on the C of A on the top of the box and no yellow sticker on the CD wallet. I returned the product to the shop and got no help. I have checked a lot of other outlets to see of I could find a copy that had a Product Key and could not find one that had and no answers ? Has anybody bought a copy in the UK and found a product Key, and if so where was it, else how did you get the software finally installed ? Thanks, Julian.
